In October of the year 2376, Elias Vaughn and Ro Laren used the Brahmaputra to travel to Bajor, where they were to prepare for the interviews with members of the Bajoran Militia who wanted to join Starfleet. (DS9 - Worlds of Star Trek: Deep Space Nine novel: Bajor: Fragments and Omens)
The Brahmaputra was still in service in 2383. (ST - Typhon Pact novel: Raise the Dawn)
