The USS Chikuma (NCC-1759) was a Federation starship in service in the 23rd century.
Service History[]
The Chikuma was initially constructed as a Constitution-class (mk III Achernar-subclass) class XI heavy cruiser starship. The Chikuma officially entered service on reference stardate 2/0804, in the mid-2260s decade. Eventually, the vessel underwent a refit, and was converted to Enterprise-subclass specifications and capabilities. In the late 2280s decade, on stardate 2/2301, the Chikuma was taken out of service, and ultimately scrapped. (FASA RPG module: Federation Ship Recognition Manual)
