In the year 2355, the Clement rescued Kanda Jiak, the last surviving member of an Iconian-descendant civilization from the planet Ikkabar. (TNG novel: The Devil's Heart)
- During this appearance, the Clement was referred to as the Clements.
In 2370, the Clement was assigned to rendezvous with the USS Enterprise-D, but the meeting was delayed when the Enterprise was diverted to the Argaya system. (TNG episode: "Lower Decks")
In 2374, the Clement reported many casualties during the Dominion War, in the week leading up to the Dominion invasion of Betazed. (DS9 episode: "In the Pale Moonlight")
