This Constellation was active by the year 2409. The Constellation-A was a contemporary of the Constellation-class heavy cruiser USS Constellation (NX-1974-D). From 2410 onward, the Constellation-A represented its class on Starfleet Shipyards Operations interfaces in Khitomer Alliance shipyard facilities across the galaxy.
