The USS Cousteau (NCC-2019) was a Federation starship, a Malachowski-class frigate[1] in Starfleet service in the 2250s decade.
Service history and disposition[]
During the Federation-Klingon War of 2256-2257, the Cousteau participated in the war effort against the Klingon Empire. In the year 2256, the Cousteau went missing. USS Discovery visited an unexplored planet on a search for the Cousteau. Cadet Sylvia Tilly beamed an away team, equipped with EV suits, to the planet to find the missing Cousteau. By the 2370s decade, this ship was no longer in service, having been succeeded in name by the Nebula-class USS Cousteau. (ST video game: Armada II)
