The USS Devron (NCC-170147) was a 25th century Federation starship, a Galaxy X-class dreadnought cruiser in Starfleet service from the 2400s decade. (STO - Klingon War mission: "Welcome to Earth Spacedock")
Service history and disposition[]
The refit that turned Galaxy-class ships into dreadnoughts became available in the late 24th century. (TNG video game: Birth of the Federation)
The Devron shared its registry number NCC-170147 with other Starfleet and even mirror universe Imperial Starfleet dreadnoughts. (STO - Call to Arms mission: "Mirror Universe Incursion")
In Starfleet Shipyards Operations shipyard interfaces, the Devron visually represented the Fleet dreadnought configuration of the Galaxy X-class from 2409 onwards, while the USS Federation represented the non-Fleet counterpart. (STO - Klingon War mission: "Welcome to Earth Spacedock")
