The USS Eureka was 24th century Federation starship, a California-class support ship[1] and multirole explorer[2] in Starfleet service in the 2380s decade. (LDs episode: "The Stars at Night")

The Eureka was one of several California class vessels in operation in the 2380s decade, and was named for the city of Eureka in California on Earth.
On stardate 58499.2 in the year 2381, the Eureka was one of several California-class starships summoned by Beckett Mariner of the Independent Archaeologists Guild vessel Free Spirit to aid the Cerritos in battle against the rogue AI-operated Texas-class starships Aledo, Dallas and Corpus Christi, after the latter had sacked Douglas Station and disabled the USS Van Citters.
Following the Redding, the Eureka was the eighteenth Cali-class ship to arrive at the scene. The combined fleet engaged the surviving Aledo and destroyed the rogue vessel. After the destruction of the Texas class, the fleet returned to Douglas Station for repairs. (LDs episode: "The Stars at Night")
