In the year 2381 of the First Splinter[4] timeline, the Everett was under the command of Captain Claudia Alisov and attached to the Department of Temporal Investigations. (DTI novel: Watching the Clock)
In 2383, the Everett took a DTI team to Elysia and helped them explore that pocket universe. The Everett then discovered the Timeship Two. (DTI novel: Forgotten History)
