The USS Fort (NCC-97942) was a 25th century Federation starship, an Earhart-class strike wing escort in Starfleet service in the 2410s decade. (STO Collection Issue 09: "USS Europa")
Service history[]
Following the Iconian War in the year 2410, the Fort was one of several starships assigned to Task Force 13-47, led by the USS Europa. As a carrier vessel, the USS Fort contributed two wings of Peregrine-class fighters to the task force. These fighter squadrons were VF-464 and VF-921. (STO Collection Issue 09: "USS Europa")
A year later in 2411, The Fort was listed on a mission status chart as conducting deep space exploration of Sector 21842 along with the USS Phobos.
The NCC registry number was shared with the fellow Earhart-class starship USS Decatur (NCC-97942), active in 2411. (STO - Incursion mission: "Resistance of Starbase 1")
