The USS Grechko (NCC-325071) was a 32nd century Federation starship, an Eisenberg-class vessel in Starfleet service in the 3180s decade. The Grechko operated from the hidden Federation Headquarters space station.

In the year 3189, the Grechko was one of four Eisenberg-class starships - alongside the Cuyahoga, Hansando and Nog - operating from Federation HQ during the time when Fleet Admiral Charles Vance welcomed a time-displaced 23rd century Federation starship, the USS Discovery, to the fleet.
