Memory Beta, non-canon Star Trek Wiki

The USS Hakiki was a Federation Lexington-class command cruiser starship in Starfleet service in the 23rd century. This ship was presumably in active service around the 2290s decade.

A depiction of this ship was used in the elite Klingon Command Academy bridge crew training simulations for the class of 2290. As such, she was encountered in the Theta Omicron star system in a simulated mission, in company with Starbase 242 and the USS McLafferty. (TOS video game: Klingon Academy)

No specific history or definitive final fate was established for this vessel as its name was selected for a ship by the Klingon Academy game developers, and appeared only as a simulation.
