The USS Hammerhead (NCC-4008) was a Charger-class Federation destroyer starship in Starfleet service in the late 23rd century.
Service history[]
Hammerhead was built either at the Salazaar Shipyard or Saturn shipyards and entered service in the early 2280s, on reference stardate 2/2103. She patrolled the Federation-Klingon Neutral Zone and remained operational through at least the late 2280s, reference stardate 2/2306.
