The USS Henley was a Wilkerson-class starship that served in the late 23rd century.
In the year 2283, the Henley collided with the USS Carmichael during a routine docking operation as a result of faulty tractor beam guidance control. Both vessels were destroyed along with the docking facility, resulting in 730 casualties. (FASA RPG module: Star Trek IV Sourcebook Update)
