USS Hera (NCC-26297)

The USS Hera (NCC-26297) was a Federation Miranda-class class XI cruiser starship in service to Starfleet in the late 24th century. The Hera was built to Mk II Reliant-subclass specifications and entered active service on reference stardate 2/2001 (circa 2280s). (FASA RPG module: Federation Ship Recognition Manual)

By the year 2370, the Hera had either been decommissioned or destroyed in unknown circumstances and replaced by the Nebula-class USS Hera. (TNG episode: "Interface")
