The USS Indomitable was a 23rd century Federation starship, a Constitution-class heavy cruiser in Starfleet service during the 2270s decade.

Service history and disposition[edit | edit source]

In the year 2275, the Indomitable was docked at Starbase 18 when the USS Enterprise arrived there. Later, Indomitable was among the vessels to greet her sister ship upon Enterprise's return to the Sol star system following the test of the inversion drive technology. (TOS novel: The Wounded Sky)
