The USS Iroquois was an Earth Starfleet starship in service during the Earth-Romulan War.

In 2160, the Iroquois was part of Commodore Jonathan Archer's fleet that traveled to the Cheron system to ambush the Romulan fleet that was preparing its final attack on Earth. The Iroquois, along with the starships Argus, Hermes and San Antonio was destroyed during the initial exchanges of fire of the ensuing battle. (ENT - The Romulan War novel: To Brave the Storm)
