The USS Jamestown (NCC-95581) was a Trident-class science vessel in Federation Starfleet service in the early 25th century. In 2409, the Jamestown was assigned to support Romulan Republican colonization efforts in the Tau Dewa sector block. In the Nequencia Alpha system, the Jamestown conducted trade negotiations on behalf of the local colony with Tellarite, Pakled, Ferengi, Saurian, Orion, Beyentic, Rinketian and Kibo Cri'Box merchants.
