The USS John F. Kennedy was a 23rd century Federation starship, a Constitution-class heavy cruiser in Starfleet service during the 2270s decade. Named after the 20th century United States President John F. Kennedy, this vessel was commanded by Commodore Katha'sat.
Service history and dispositionEdit
In the year 2275, the Kennedy had a home port at the Sol star system, and the vessel used screens to signal colors of an Earth registry vessel. Kennedy was among the vessels to greet her sister ship upon Enterprise's return to the Sol star system following the test of the inversion drive technology. (TOS novel: The Wounded Sky)
