The USS Khonshu (NCC-82990) was a 25th century Federation starship, a Caelian-class intel multi-mission science vessel in Starfleet service in the 2410s decade. Its commanding officer was Captain Othu. (STO - Terran Gambit mission: "Firewall")
Service history and disposition[]
The Khonshu opens a portal.
In the 2410s, the Khonshu was assigned to a Top Secret Research Facility operated by Starfleet Intelligence in the Izar star system. In the year 2411, the Khonshu was part of the intel starship fleet defending the space station from attacking Imperial Starfleet forces led by Captain Kuumaarke. Kuumaarke and her troops raided the station and fled back to the mirror universe.
Commander Kyle DeSoto transferred from the research facility to the Khonshu to operate the ships interdimensional portal technology, allowing a small task force to track Kuumaarke to the Top Secret Research Facility in her universe. Following the capture of the Terran database - and the recruitment of the Exocomp Legume Creel - the task force was waylaid by the ISS Reskava and its fleet. With DeSoto now in command, the Khonshu stayed behind to allow Leeta's ship, carrying Creel and the data, to return to the primary universe. (STO - Terran Gambit mission: "Firewall")
