A USS Lakota appears in the Star Trek Online mission "Under the Cover of Night". When the game was first released it could appear randomly as any Federation starship class, including an Akira-class, making it potentially the same vessel as in the Armada series. The Legacy of Romulus expansion retconned the vessel to be the original Excelsior-class Lakota.
