Active service[]
Lhasa was placed on standby to back up a small craft tracking black market thalaron weapons to the Vault in the Haakona star system. She was called in to assist the vessel when Reman Resistance leader Obisek attempted to smuggle the weapons out of the Vault in a D'deridex-class warbird. The Lhasa disabled the warbird, which was subsequently destroyed by an internal explosion. (STO - Romulan Mystery mission: "The Vault")

- The Lhasa may be named for the city of Lhasa, Tibet on Earth.
- The Lhasa only appears in the Starfleet and Federation-allied Romulan versions of "The Vault". In the KDF and KDF-allied Romulan versions, it is replaced by the IKS Azetbur.
