The USS MacDuff (NCC-1877) was a simulated 24th century Federation starship, a holographic Miranda-class cruiser in Starfleet service in the 2380s decade. The ship appeared in Ensign Beckett Mariner's cardio exercise holodeck program. (LD episode: "Strange Energies")

In the 2380s decade, Ensign Beckett Mariner of the USS Cerritos used the ship's holodeck for physical exercise and self-therapy. Within the simulation, the MacDuff was one of several Federation and Romulan starships captured by Cardassians and held within an asteroid base. Ensign Mariner escaped her torturers with a Cardassian hostage towards the base's hangar bay. She beamed them aboard the bridge, forcing the Cardassian officer to take the helm. The deflector shields of the MacDuff managed to withstand the fire from pursuing Hideki-class scouts. Mariner's holodeck session was interrupted by Ensign Jennifer sh'Reyan before the MacDuff completed its escape run. (LD episode: "Strange Energies")
The MacDuff remained active into the 25th century. In the 2410s, the MacDuff represented the "Miranda Gamma" variety of its class, notable for lit bussard collectors and grilles on the warp nacelles.
