The USS Mayflower (NCC-1621) was a Federation starship, a Mayflower-type ship of the line in Starfleet service in the 23rd century.

In the year 2258 of an alternate reality brought about by Nero's interference, the Mayflower was destroyed by the Narada during a mission to investigate a lightning storm in space in the proximity of Vulcan. (TOS novelization: Star Trek)

The Enterprise scraped the saucer section of the Mayflower's debris as it came out of warp. (TOS movie: Star Trek)

The ship's class was never named onscreen; however, it may be the alternate reality Miranda-class.
