USS Patton (NCC-101)

The USS Patton (NCC-101) was a 22nd century United Earth starship, a Discovery-class scout in United Earth Starfleet service in the 2150s decade. (ST video game: Legacy)

Service history and disposition[]

Patton had entered service at some point during the Earth-Romulan War in the 2150s.

During the Earth-Romulan War, Patton saw action against the Romulan Star Empire in the year 2159. (ST video game: Legacy)

Members of the Riker family served as Starfleet personnel aboard Patton and Station K-3 during the war. (PIC novel: The Dark Veil)

Following a hostile encounter with the Romulans during a mission on behalf of the Confederacy of Vulcan, Archer was authorized to requisition Patton or one of the other three available Discovery-class scouts for a mission to Research Station Gravenor. (ST video game: Legacy mission: "Breakwater")

No specific history or definitive final fate was established for this vessel as its name was selected for a scout by the Legacy game developers, and is sometimes placed randomly when the ship appears.

Legacy[]

Patton was succeeded in name by the Larson-class starship USS Patton in the 23rd century. (FASA RPG module: The Orions: Book of Common Knowledge)

In 2386, Captain William T. Riker of the Federation starship Titan and Romulan Star Navy Commander Joron Medaka of the IRW Othrys shared a moment where they acknowledged their ancestors' assignments during what the Romulans called the "Great Stellar Progression".
