The USS Pawtucket (NCC-18437) was a 24th century Federation starship, a Miranda-class light cruiser in Starfleet service at the beginning of the 2380s decade. The Pawtucket was named for a Human tribe of Native Americans from the planet Earth, and the region of the North American continent where they originated, a cityWP in New England. Two US Navy tug vessels of history also bore this name.
Service history and disposition[]
In the year 2380, this ship was part of a battle group led by Captain William T. Riker to attack the Aphelion dreadnought.
USS Resolute and Pawtucket avoid fire from the Aphelion.
During the battle, the Pawtucket was struck by the Aphelion's bioforming weapon, turning the ship and crew into Tkonians.
Pawtucket turns on Resolute.
The Resolute and the USS Takahashi disabled the Pawtucket. (ST video game: Resurgence)
- The player can then choose to cripple the Pawtucket's engines or destroy the ship's life support.
A volley of photon torpedoes from the USS Takahashi neutralizes Pawtucket.
