The USS Phoenix (NCC-65420) was a Nebula-class starship in service during the 24th century.
In 2367, the Phoenix was under the command of Captain Benjamin Maxwell. (TNG episode: "The Wounded")
The Phoenix was destroyed during the Borg Invasion of 2381, while attempting to defend the planet Coridan. Ironically, the only two survivors, Ensigns Seareg and Yoralig, were both Coridanites. (ST novel: A Singular Destiny)
