The USS Potemkin (NCC-2005) was an Excelsior-class battleship in service to Starfleet in the 23rd and 24th centuries.
The Potemkin entered service on reference stardate 2/2612. She was finally mothballed on stardate 3/0001 after many years of service. (FASA RPG module: Star Trek: The Next Generation Officer's Manual)
