The USS Probert was a United Earth Starfleet Daedalus-class starship in service in the mid-22nd century, seeing action during the Earth-Romulan War.

History

In the year 2156, Probert was destroyed at the Battle of Berengaria after engaging Romulan warships in the battle. (ENT novel: Beneath the Raptor's Wing)

Background

According to the achkowledgements in "The Romulan War", this ship was named for Andrew Probert, an art designer that has worked on several Star Trek projects.
