The USS Sentry was a Federation Advance-class starship in service in the early 23rd century.

In 2218 (2151 SFC), under the command of Captain Francis Benoit, the Sentry made contact with the Klingon starship IKV Devisor while responding to a distress call from a small warp-capable shuttlecraft of unknown markings.
