The USS ShiKahr (NCC-91846), also known as the Shi'Kahr, was a 25th century Federation starship, a tier 1-rated ShiKahr-class light cruiser/frigate prototype in Starfleet service from the 2400s[1] to the 2760s[3] decades. (STO - Klingon War mission: "Welcome to Earth Spacedock")

The ShiKahr had entered service by the early 25th century and took part in the Federation-Klingon War of 2405-2410. (STO - Klingon War mission: "Welcome to Earth Spacedock")
In the year 2409, the ShiKahr, under the command of Captain T'Vana, carried a science team sent to study anomalous asteroids in the Celes Nebula, but could not finish it because the ship experienced power failures. Captain T'Vana requested help from Starfleet to finish the mission. Their support was waylaid by Nausicaan pirates. The pirates left the ShiKahr alone, however. From 2409 to 2410, the ShiKahr was part of numerous skirmishes and battles that involved Federation frigates. (STO video games: Delta Rising, The Iconian War, New Dawn)
From 2410 to 2411, the ShiKahr represented its class on the shipyards interfaces operated by New Romulus Shipyards, Klingon Defense Force Order of Builders and Starfleet Shipyards Operations at Khitomer Alliance facilities across the Milky Way Galaxy, and was succeeded by the USS ShiKahr (NCC-70800) in 2411. Flag officers of the Alliance could deploy the ShiKahr alongside other spacecraft for assignments across the galaxy's quadrants as part of Operation: Delta Rising's four-quadrant strategy. (STO - New Dawn mission: "Admiralty System")
In the 2760s, the ShiKahr operated at New Khitomer in the Gamma Quadrant. In 2769, the ShiKahr was part of the Federation forces protecting the Temporal Accords signing ceremony at the Temporal Fleet Station against Na'kuhl and rogue Krenim Imperium attackers.
