The USS Solvang (NCC-12101) was 24th century Federation starship, a California-class support ship[1] in Starfleet service in the 2380s decade. Its commanding officer was Captain Dayton. The Solvang bore the red command division stripes on its hull. (LD episode: "No Small Parts")

The California-class vessels operating in the 2380s were named after a city in California on Earth. (LD episode: "The Stars at Night")
The USS Solvang was in service in the mid-to-late 24th century. (ST video game: Infinite)
- The Star Trek Infinite game software has each campaign having a certain chance of spawning a California ship named "Solvang" from a list of preselected names. In particular, the Cali-class vessels will only be available to certain pre-order players
In the year 2380, the Solvang was put into a factory-new condition for Captain Dayton and her crew, who had transferred together from the USS Rubidoux. Dayton insisted on keeping protective films on console surfaces and boots off to preserve the newness quality of the carpet. (LD episode: "No Small Parts")
The USS Rubidoux was a California-class ship with red markings commanded by Dayton. The vessel was lost on stardate 57752.6 in 2380 but Dayton and her crew were rescued by the USS Cerritos. (LD episode: "Much Ado About Boimler")
Later that year, the Solvang served as Dayton's brand-new ship during a mission to the Kalla system. The Solvang was attacked by a Pakled clumpship in a nebula. Jackabog's ship grabbed the warp nacelle of Dayton's ship to keep the Solvang from evading fire. When the Solvang went to warp, it broke apart and spread its debris over a distance. Later, the Cerritos discovered the wreckage, including a saucer section hull part still displaying the NCC-12101 registry number, but no survivors. The Cerritos ultimately escaped Jackabog with the help of the USS Titan during the Battle of Kalla. (LD episode: "No Small Parts")
