The USS St. Lawrence was a Federation Danube-class runabout in service to Starfleet in the 2370s decade.

In the 2370s decade, the St. Lawrence was attached to Starbase 24.
In 2376, Ambassadors Worf and Spock were to travel from Starbase 24 to Khitomer aboard the St. Lawrence, accompanied by pilots Lieutenant Matthew Falce and Ensign Hilary McKenna. The St. Lawrence was diverted by Spock, having fallen under the mental influence of Malkus the Mighty, to Narendra III. From there, it was used by Colonel Kira Nerys, also under Malkus' control, to travel to the Dorvan system in search of a missing segment of the damaged Malkus Artifact discovered near there. The runabout was intercepted by the IKS Gorkon, and turned back to Starfleet via the USS Enterprise-E. (TNG - The Brave and the Bold, Book Two novella: The Final Artifact)
