Service History[]
The Stafford, along with the USS Baker and USS Peterson, was one of the first Baker-class vessels to be commissioned on reference stardate 2/1606. (FASA RPG module: Federation Starship Recognition Manual)
By the 24th century, this ship was no longer in service, having been succeeded in name by the Nebula-class USS Stafford. (TNG video game: Birth of the Federation)
