The USS Stalwart (NCC-78010) was a 24th century Federation starship, a Vigilant-class tactical escort in Starfleet service in the 2400s decade.[1] Commander Ward[2] was the commanding officers. (STO - Solanae Dyson Sphere missions: "The Contested Zone", "Stabilize Debris")
Service history and disposition[]
A Defiant-class destroyer[3] USS Stalwart (NCC-75635) was under construction in the 2370s decade and slated for launch in the year 2377. (Decipher RPG module: Starships)
The Vigilant-class escort, commissioned in 2394, was an evolution of the Defiant class. (STO website: Ships of the Line)

The Vigilant-class Stalwart was in service by the 2400s decade. Commander Ward assumed the role of captain during the ship's assignment to Dyson Joint Command inside the Solanae Dyson Sphere in the Delta Quadrant. The Stalwart operated in the Wasteland of the Dyson sphere's Contested Zone. This area was littered with debris from wrecked Solanae space stations. Occasionally, the Stalwart engaged in combat with hostile Voth starships. (STO - Solanae Dyson Sphere mission: "The Contested Zone")
When debris began drifting into the Contested Zone, Ward requested assistance from an Alliance ship to stabilize the wreckage. (STO - Solanae Dyson Sphere mission: "Stabilize Debris")
