The USS Star League (NCC-2101) was a 23rd century Federation starship in Starfleet service.

Star League, with registry number NCC-2101, was authorized for construction as a Federation-class dreadnought by a Starfleet appropriation on stardate 6066 in the early to mid-2260s decade. (ST reference: Star Fleet Technical Manual)
Star League was in service as a Ulysses-class dreadnought (DN) in the 2280s and 2290s. (ST video games: Starfleet Command, Starfleet Command II: Empires at War)
- It is not clear if Star League was ever built to the original Federation dreadnought specifications, as the SFTM only notes it was authorized. It is possible it was built as a Federation-class vessel and then refit, or that the plans were cancelled and/or altered to make way for the ship commissioning of the Ulysses-class.
This vessel had the capability of being modified for service as an advanced dreadnought (DN+ in the Agamemnon series), an improved dreadnought (DNG in the Entente series) or a heavy dreadnought (DNH in the Babylon series). (ST video game: Starfleet Command II: Empires at War)
- No history or definitive fate is established for this vessel in the SFC games as its name was randomly selected for a dreadnought by the SFC game software.
In the year 2367, the Star League was one of the thirty-nine ships destroyed by the Borg during the Battle of Wolf 359. Eight days after the battle, one of the Star League's escape pods, numbered D-05, was retrieved by a sphinx workpod from the recovery vessel Annie. (SotL calendar: Ships of the Line 2015)
