The USS Sternbach (NCC-97942) was a 25th century Federation starship, an Echelon-class vessel in Starfleet service in the 2400s decade. (PIC episode: "The Bounty")
Service history and disposition[]
Soon after stardate 78186.03[2] in the year 2401, the Sternbach was among the Starfleet ships tracking down the rogue USS Titan-A. Starfleet had been infiltrated by Changelings. The USS Sternbachand its sister ship USS Cole failed to intercept the Titan-A at Daystrom Station. (PIC episode: "The Bounty")
In the 2370s, a 24th century Curry-class starship had carried the name USS Sternbach. (ST video game: Trexels)
