The USS Tsushima (NCC-4434) was a Federation Larson-class mark II class VII destroyer starship in Starfleet service in the mid-23rd century. Tsushima was commissioned and launched on reference stardate 2/0102. The Tsushima was named for an island city of Earth's Japanese nation-state, the surroundings of which was the site of an historic naval battle.

The Tsushima was recorded as being destroyed on stardate 2/1309, and was succeeded in its name in the 24th century by a new USS Tsushima. (FASA RPG module: Federation Ship Recognition Manual)
