Commander Charles Tucker III in 2155.

Commander Charles Tucker III was a 22nd century Human United Earth Starfleet officer who served as chief engineer of United Earth's first warp 5-capable starship, Enterprise, in the 2150s. (ENT episode: "Broken Bow")

Under a secret identity, Tucker helped develop the Constitution-class cruiser in the 23rd century. (ENT novel: Last Full Measure)

Starfleet operated a ship named USS Tucker in the 2280s. In the year 2280, that Tucker carried a contingent of engineers from the Starfleet Corps of Engineers. (SCE - Foundations eBook: Book Three)

Lieutenant Commander Brocal served for six years as second officer and contact specialist, until Captain S'trann recommended her transfer to Starbase 39-Sierra. (STO - Romulan Mystery mission: "Trade Deal")

In 2408, Vice Admiral Kathryn Janeway assumed command of the ship when it was assigned for the annual survey mission of the Hobus nebula. She suspected Undine involvement in the star's destruction. Before the Tucker departed for its mission, Janeway conducted an interview with journalist Jake Sisko. (STO novel: The Needs of the Many)

In 2409, Damar Kahn boarded the ship from Starbase 39-Sierra, so that he could study the Hobus nebula. (STO - Romulan Mystery mission: "Heading Out")

Samuel Winters served a tour of duty aboard the ship. (STO - Call to Arms mission: "First Contact Day")

The new Tucker in 2410.

Starfleet commissioned a new USS Tucker, registry number NCC-98700, in 2410. The ship served as the prototype for the Tucker-class tacticcal miracle worker cruiser, one of nine miracle worker ship classes co-developed with the Federation's Khitomer Alliance partners.
