The RPG The Dominion War Sourcebook: The Fires of Armageddon, published by Last Unicorn Games after they had lost their Star Trek licence, states that the Tulwar was commanded by Captain Eduardo Colinni and was a heavy participant in the Dominion War, often fighting along the front-lines as a member of the Eighth Fleet, 856th Tactical Wing.
