The USS Ulysses (NCC-10767) was a Federation Miranda-class cruiser starship in service to Starfleet in the mid-24th century. (DS9 video game: The Fallen)
Service history[]
On a mission to the planet SR-III in 2361, the Ulysses discovered an object which was later determined to be one of the three orbs of the Pah-wraiths. The Ulysses was attacked by a Cardassian Galor-class warship, however, and crashed on the planet's surface. The surviving crew, including Executive Officer William Ross, left the planet, but were captured by the Cardassians and held prisoner for eight months. Some of the escape pods crashed on the planet.
The Ulysses was abandoned after the Cardassians claimed the planet. In 2374, the crew of the USS Defiant under Captain Benjamin Sisko made a chaotic, but ultimately successful attempt to capture the orb. (DS9 video game: The Fallen)
Background[]
The Ulysses had interiors that appeared very similar to the compartments of the USS Defiant. The Ulysses also was assigned a complement of type-10 shuttlecrafts, as the Defiant was.
