History[]
In the early 2350s, the Victorious and the USS Berlin escorted the Klingon insurgent vessel, IKS Tagh'rat, back to the Klingon Empire border and handed them over to Klingon Defense Force authorities. (TNG novel: Reunion)

There exists the possibility that this is the same vessel as the 23rd century USS Victorious mentioned in ST video game: Starfleet Command II: Empires at War and Starfleet Command: Orion Pirates, but the 70+ year interval might preclude this correlation.
