Acting Captain William T. Riker's squadron led by the Zheng He.
The USS Zheng He was a Starfleet vessel which was present at the planet Coppelius. It was commanded by Captain William T. Riker.
In 2399, the Zheng He and its squadron were sent to Coppelius to protect its inhabitants from a Romulan fleet under orders to exterminate them. After initial hostilities, the Romulan fleet withdrew. (PIC episode: "Et in Arcadia Ego")
