Uglogla Prime was an inhabited world, a class M planet located in the Trabe sectors[1] of the galaxy's outer[1] Delta Quadrant. This planet was a prime world within its star system and controlled by the Kazon.
History and specifics[]
A geographic feature on Uglogla Prime included the Demon's Crack, an area known to the Kazon. The rugged terrain appeared stark and barren.
At some point after the Jal Sankur's uprising[2] against the Trabe in 2346[3], the Kazon Collective seized control of Uglogla Prime.
In the 2360s or early 2370s decade, the Talaxian trader Neelix was almost ambushed by renegade Kazon in Demon's Crack. Neelix escaped narrowly.
Years later, on stardate 53786.1 in 2376, Neelix served aboard USS Voyager and participated in an away mission to Nehwa's planetoid. The former trader advised the other team members that the rugged terrain reminded him of the Demon's Crack on Uglogla Prime. (TOS novel: No Time Like the Past)
