The Ullian Free State was the Ullian member state of the United Federation of Planets as of the 2370s. (TNG - S31 novel: Rogue)

Alternate timeline[]

In an alternate timeline where Vulcans had remained a violent and emotional species, the Ullian State was the nation of the Ullian people. The Ullian State had little interaction with the Interstellar Union because of the Ullians' reclusiveness. One of the Interstellar Union's few experiences with powerful mind-control involved the Ullian Free State at some point before 2293. (ST - Myriad Universes novel: The Tears of Eridanus)
