The Dominion's Internment Camp 371 was once an ultritium mining facility. (DS9 episode: "In Purgatory's Shadow")

In the year 2323, ultritium and triceron were used to destroy the Lhemor. (ST - Terok Nor novel: Day of the Vipers)

In 2374, Benjamin Sisko and his crew used ultritium to destroy a Jem'Hadar ketracel-white facility. The ultritium was placed in a canister and transported to the facility, where the explosive detonated soon after. (DS9 episode: "A Time to Stand", DS9 - The Dominion War novel: Call to Arms...)

In 2377, following his escape from Deep Space 9, Taran'atar used microtorpedoes from the Federation runabout USS Euphrates to detonate the ultritium on the comet Nahanas and damage the starship USS Defiant. (DS9 novel: Warpath)

Borg diamonds were able to release an ultritium burst weapon, which could cause damage to multiple targets. (ST video game: Armada)
