Cooperative representative[]
This Benthan man was a liberated Borg who held the rank of captain in the Borg Cooperative in the 2410s decade. He was distinguished by a Borg implant covering his right eye, hairlessness and a pallor complexion. In the year 2410, this Benthan was one of three Cooperative captains attending Admiral Tuvok's presentation at the Delta Alliance summit in the Jenolan Dyson Sphere.
