A list of unnamed Heitians.

Heitian king[]

Circa 7700 BC, a king ruled the last remaining Heitian city. When he began dying, the Science Minister had him converted into a cyborg under his control. The cybernetic king decreed to his people that he would save them by taking them to another world, and that they would also be converted into cyborgs like himself, beginning with the Science Minister. The people revolted against them, mummified their bodies and sealed them away.

In 2267, the mummy that had been the king was unearthed by an archeological dig conducted Dr. Stephen Mohr. The USS Enterprise was assigned to transport it to the Federation Alien Life Studies Institute. Despite being long dead, its cybernetic parts were reactivated and it began carrying out the mission it had in life, making its way to engineering and setting the ship on an course to another planet. Dr. Moria Starr discovered its purpose and reported it to James T. Kirk, who worked with Montgomery Scott to short-circuit the mummy. After reprogramming it to reverse the ship's course, it and the other mummies found on the planet were safely transported to the Institute. (TOS comic: "The Mummies of Heitius VII")

Heitian Science Ministers[]

Circa 7700 BC, at least three Heitians were scientists at a time when technology was outlawed. When the king began dying, the ambitious head of the Science Ministry had him converted into a cyborg under his control. The cybernetic king decreed to his people that he would save them by taking them to another world, and that they would also be converted into cyborgs like himself, beginning with the three Science Ministers, who were put in charge of the carrying out the conversions. The people revolted against them, mummified their bodies and sealed them away.

In 2267, the mummies that had been the Science Ministers were discovered by an archeological dig conducted Dr. Stephen Mohr. Despite being long dead, their cybernetic parts were reactivated and they began carrying out the mission they had in life, attacking the landing party from USS Enterprise and capturing them. Before they could convert anyone, Spock discovered their purpose and he and McCoy used their phasers on maximum setting to deplete the mummies' power supply, deactivating them. Afterwards, the mummies were safely transported to the Federation Alien Life Studies Institute. (TOS comic: "The Mummies of Heitius VII")
