Urwyzden Beta was one of three planets in the Urwyzden system and was ruled by its own Prime Minister.
In 2377, Beta was joined politically with the other two worlds in the Urwyzden Confederacy and had become a major banking center when Gaila and Brunt started selling weapons to the governments of all three worlds, then started a war which allowed them to sell more weapons to Beta and the other planets.
