The Great Uxorda was a 23rd century Stoyak man, the leader of the Stoyak civilization on Bira III.

History[]

In 2266, Colonel Knarg brought Spock and Montgomery Scott to an audience with Uxorda, who stated that both were of low intelligence and couldn't properly assess the capabilities of their enemy the Garda. Uxorda decided to use brain devices to temporarily increase the Starfleet officers' brain capacities, but both were driven irrational by the treatment.

Uxorda solved a puzzle a few seconds slower than Scott, so the ruler chose to make Scott a general in his army. But Spock's intelligence had been reduced, and when Spock struck out at Uxorda, soldiers knocked him out and imprisoned him with Garda leader Netuya. (TOS comic: "A World Against Itself")
