Vandar

In an alternate reality, Vandar was a Human, an immortal born in the Stone Age on Earth, and living through countless centuries. In this reality, Vandar had become leader of an empire—the Imperial Planets, which expanded throughout the galaxy by the 23rd century. Due to a time distortion caused by a Legion of Super-Heroes time travel accident in yet another reality, Vandar was a composite of two people—Vandal Savage from the Legion's universe and Flint from the prime reality—both of whom had similar origins of being born as an immortal Human. (TOS - Legion of Super-Heroes comic: "Issue 4")
